These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and coaching/consulting materials (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
We provide business coaching, facilitation, and strategy advisory for entrepreneurs, executives, and teams. The Service is an informational and engagement channel to learn about formats and contact us.
You must be legally capable of entering into contracts in your jurisdiction. If the Service offers accounts now or in the future, you are responsible for safeguarding credentials and all activity under your account.
Coaching, training, and advisory provide frameworks and facilitation. All business decisions and outcomes remain your responsibility. We make no guarantees of specific results. Examples and case descriptions illustrate approach and are not promises of future performance.
Sessions are arranged by mutual agreement. You may reschedule with reasonable notice; repeated no-shows may be considered service consumed. Multi-session programs may include a timeframe for usage to maintain momentum.
We retain all rights to materials, content, frameworks, and visual assets provided via the Service. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use provided materials for your internal purposes. You may not resell or publicly distribute our content without written consent.
We treat information you share in engagements as confidential and use it only to deliver the Service, except where disclosure is required by law or you authorize otherwise. You are responsible for avoiding disclosure of third-party secrets without permission.
Fees, billing cycles, and payment terms are communicated before any paid engagement. Taxes, if applicable, are borne by the client. Late payments may pause access until balances are settled.
We may use third-party software or communication tools. Each third party is governed by its own terms and privacy practices. We are not liable for external services.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of the Service or breach of these Terms.
We may improve, modify, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the effective date and post the revised version here.
These Terms are governed by applicable law in your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Venue for disputes will be selected reasonably and practically.
For any questions about these Terms, contact us at contact@andreykareev.com.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages, labor disputes, or changes in third-party services. We will act in good faith to resume normal operation.
By contacting us, you authorize us to send operational messages related to scheduling, invoices, and program progress. You may opt out of non-essential messages at any time.
We may publish anonymized testimonials and case themes. We avoid disclosing sensitive or identifying information. You may request edits or removal of your testimonial at any time.
For multi-month programs you may request a pause. We aim to accommodate reasonable pauses that do not materially disrupt outcomes. Long pauses may require program recalibration.
The Service does not constitute legal, tax, accounting, medical, or investment advice. Where such matters arise, consult a qualified professional. We focus on coaching, facilitation, and strategy execution practices.
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of that right.
These Terms form the entire agreement regarding the Service and supersede prior understandings. Supplemental written agreements for specific engagements prevail for those engagements.
Effective date: the date of your first use of the Service after this version was published.
